The quilt show is always held on the Saturday of Bushwhacker Days at the Community Center in Nevada. It is a one-day non-juried show and open to all. There is a boutique and bake sale featured. Contact Diane Valentine, (417-448-9727). |

Always held the second week of June, the Vernon County/Nevada courthouse square is filled with crafts, a car cruise-in, motorcycles, games, great food, motorcycle show, carnival, re-enactments, street dance, contests and live entertainment (some local and some nationally known) throughout the celebration.
